When a site is submitted, we process the submitted site name, URL, category, metadata collected from the public site, bid amount, email address, payment reference, and payment status.
We also keep aggregate outbound-card click counts and limited technical error information needed to secure and maintain the service.
We use this information to prevent duplicate listings, create checkout requests, apply confirmed payments to rankings, show public listing details, investigate faults, and protect the service from abuse.
Public pages show only listing information, rankings, categories, and aggregate click counts. Customer email addresses and payment references are not shown publicly.
PayRam processes checkout and provides payment-status events. Vercel hosts the application, Neon hosts the database, and Sentry receives privacy-filtered technical error reports. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.
We retain operational records only for as long as needed to run, secure, and account for the service, unless a longer period is required by law.
